or email people who are advertising their pool table for sale, offering his services. He operates via website and phone, with no last name given, no physical store front and no way to contact him if he chooses not to answer your calls. He is canvassing the Okanagan, Salmon Arm and Kamloops areas. We presume he is neither licensed, nor insured. We urge you to be cautious about whom you
